■Characteristics of the instrumentIt uses the same design as Bach and is light in appearance and weight. It is a custom model, and the lead pipe is made of bronze. Normally, Spencer’s appearance is often silver-plated unless specified, but this instrument was finished without lacquer, as the previous owner was very particular about it. Many horn players prefer a natural, horizontal sound and choose non-lacquer, and the previous owner also chose it because he wanted such a natural sound. And as explained above, Spencer uses the same bell as Bach, and although it is a custom-made UK model, the design with the "Stradivarius made in USA" logo visible is also one point that will please users.
