G5021E Rancher Penguinは、小型なパーラー・サイズのボディにペンギン・スタイルが融合したフラット・トップのエレクトリック・アコースティック・ギターです。Xブレーシングを用いたトップはソリッド・スプルース、サイド&バックにはラミネートのメイプル、ネックはメイプルを使用しています。
ブリッジとフィンガーボードはローズウッドで、グレッチならではのネオ・クラシック“サムネイル”ポジションマーカーを採用しています。
ペンギン・スタイルのVシェイプ・ヘッドにはグレッチ・ヴァーティカル・ウィング・ロゴが入り、ヘッド、ネック、ボディのゴールド・スパークル・バインディング、ピックガードにはペンギンのイラストとグレッチ・ロゴが入っています。
プリアンプ・システムには、フィッシュマンのIsys III(オンボード・プリアンプ)を採用し、コントロールは、ヴォリューム、EQ(Bass, Middle, Treble)に加え、便利なチューナー機能も備えています。
